What do we mean by this? Create yourself an area in your home that is your Oasis or Zone that enables you to escape the day and re-group for the next. A place you can let go of the day’s energies, relax, workout, have a pint and be able to decompress! The Two Birds word of the day, DECOMPRESS.
Here are 5 spaces you can simply create with a small budget or large budget if you hire someone else to build yourself that decompression space! Obviously this is a Two Birds Blog so all our spaces are going to have a rustic flare!
Home Gym – go home and punch the lights out, lift some weights and release the days aggression
Spa – a place to sweat out the toxins from the day and wash away the negative energy
Library/ Reading Nook – a place to educate yourself, get lost in a fantasy world with a cup of tea or coffee.
Greenhouse – a place to get your hands into the earth and grow some healthy food.
Caves- Men or Women – a place to sit back and have a glass of wine and watch your show or zone out for an hour or two after a day
